Dedicated to providing the most advanced multidisciplinary care for patients with prostate, bladder, kidney, testicular and other urologic cancers

Our urologists, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists are dedicated to preserving quality of life and providing exceptional care through customized treatment plans for each patient. These specialists, working together during the same visit, provide a careful evaluation and diagnosis for each patient, developing the most appropriate individualized treatment plan using the latest tools and technologies.

The program focuses on the investigation and management of all urological cancers with special emphasis on cancers of the prostate, bladder, kidney, and testis. We work as a multidisciplinary team to determine the best cancer treatment that offers the greatest benefit with least complications. All decisions are made in consultation with the patient and their family and support.

Our approach provides patients with the expertise of specially trained physicians in:

Our Services

Urological Cancer Surgery:

  • Laparoscopic prostatectomy for prostate cancer – a minimally invasive procedure for removal of the prostate through tiny incisions rather than open surgery
  • Laparoscopic nephrectomy for kidney cancer – a minimally invasive procedure for removal of kidney tumors
  • Partial nephrectomy for kidney cancer – a procedure sometimes used to treat smaller renal cell cancers in which surgeons remove only the part of the kidney containing cancer
  • Cystoscopic bladder tumor resection

Radiation Oncology:

  • Brachytherapy for various urologic cancers – involves implanting tiny radioactive seeds at the site of the tumor, which, compared with external radiation therapy, allows for a higher dose of radiation to be safely administered
  • Intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) – for various urologic cancers – delivers radiation doses that precisely fit the 3-D shape of a tumor. It also tightly regulates the intensity of the radiation to more closely target the tumors and spare surrounding tissue.
  • Radium 223 (Xofigo) – Intravenous radiation to treat bone metastasis.
  • Lithium 177 Radiation (Pluvicto) – a type of radiation that specifically targets a molecule on the surface of prostate cancer cells called PSMA.
