Where to Start . . .
If you are an "Active" employee in any capacity and have a question about using Workday, follow the steps below:
1. View on-demand support materials
Job Aids, Quick Reference Guides and videos are the first places to turn for questions since they will guide you through Workday processes in detail.
Important: Accessing the Job Aids online, as opposed to maintaining a print archive, will help ensure you are viewing the most up-to-date information.

2. Check with a Department Manager
If the question cannot be resolved by viewing the Job Aids or videos, ask your Department Manager to help answer your questions, support your transition to the Workday environment and escalate issues as necessary.
