The move to Workday was not a decision made lightly. Our process included:
- Formation of the ERP System Selection Committee: Comprising representatives from Finance, HR, Payroll, and Supply Chain.
- A 2.5 Year-long System Selection Process: Despite challenges such as a Cyber attack, our commitment never wavered.
- Evaluation of 10 Vendors: After a comprehensive review, we narrowed it down to one.
- Choice of Workday Based on Several Factors: Including Breadth of Functionality, Customer Base, Deployment Methodology, and Product Roadmap.
