About Me
Dr. Ulloa has been a surgeon with Vascular Surgery Associates since 2011. After earning his undergraduate degree from Emory University, he returned to his home state of New Jersey where he did his medical school training at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School. He then came to Maryland to complete his general surgery residency and vascular fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center. During his training, Dr. Ulloa presented research at multiple national and regional meetings. He has also authored chapters in vascular surgery texts on endovascular treatment of venous disease as well as the management of peripheral aneurysms.
