John Werner, MD

Dr. John Werner worked in finance and marketing in New York City and London prior to returning to school to pursue a career in medicine. He attended medical school at the George Washington University School of Medicine while working at NIH in the Laboratory of Neurogenetics. Dr. Werner went on to complete his Radiology Residency at Albany Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Johns Hopkins, where he subsequently served on faculty for two years in the capacity of assistant professor. His clinical interests include interventional oncology, women’s health, DVT, and clinical research focused on new and evolving procedures.
