Dov Frankel, MD, MSC, FACEP, earned his medical degree at Ben Gurion University and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at UAMS Medical Center in Arkansas, where he served as Chief Resident for one year. Prior to joining GBMC, Dr. Frankel worked as the Associate Chief of the Emergency Department at Sinai Hospital.
