About Me
Sara Eleoff Van Durme, MD, MPH, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist in the Emergency & Inpatient Pediatrics department at GBMC. She earned her medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine and her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. She also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Society from the University of Rochester. Dr. Eleoff Van Durme completed her residency in pediatrics and fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Prior to joining GBMC Health Partners, she worked as a pediatric hospitalist for Johns Hopkins.
