About Me
Dr. Bassmann is a pulmonary specialist for the practice of Pulmonary Medicine at GBMC. He also serves as an intensivist on GBMC's critical care team. Dr. Bassmann obtained his Master of Science degree from Drexel University and achieved his doctorate at New York Medical College. He completed both his residency and his pulmonary and critical care fellowships at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Bassmann is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He comes to GBMC from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, where he instructed Introduction to Clinical Medicine II.
