Nationally and locally recognized for its outstanding care and service, the Berman Cancer Institute is fully accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer. The program has been recognized in US News & World Report's "America's Best Hospitals" and often in the annual medical issue of Baltimore Magazine.
GBMC's continuum of cancer care services include comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, home care, hospice and survivorship programs provided by a dedicated, multidisciplinary team of clinical experts. Innovative approaches to comprehensive, integrated cancer care are provided throughout the Berman Cancer Institute.
 Patients have access to the latest technology and treatment options, with 55+ clinical trials available through our affiliation with several national cancer research organizations. Approximately 150-200 patients are enrolled in GBMC's clinical research trials annually.
GBMC's oncology team is committed to promoting early detection and education throughout the community by offering screenings, and cancer education and prevention programs.
